Over the past century, the human life span has increased significantly, as a result of better lifestyle habits, improved diets, increased exercise, use of alternative and self help treatments, better medicines, improved treatments and diagnostic methods.
Seniors will make up 10% of the US population in the coming years and will be seeking ways to stay healthy, live longer and slow the aging process. Simply because we are getting older, does not mean we stop doing our exercise, staying active, keeping ourselves sharp, alert and aware, eating properly and taking the best care of ourselves that we possibly can, as seniors.
